Connect Google Calendar

Connect your Google account once, then turn sync on per bot so bookings block real time and every booking shows up on your own calendar.

Use this guide to link a Google account from Integrations and enable sync for the bots that should read and write to it.

Open Integrations

Connect your Google account

Open Integrations and find the Google Calendar card. Click Connect — Starter-plan-and-up accounts see a disclosure of exactly what the integration reads and writes before Google’s consent screen, then sign in and grant access.

One connection, every bot

The Google account is connected at the account level, not per bot. Once it's connected, any bot on your account can turn sync on and pick its own calendar.

Turn sync on for a bot

Open a bot’s Settings → Calendar → General tab. Below the calendar rules, flip the Google Calendar switch on.

1

Pick a calendar

The first time you enable sync for a bot, a picker lists every calendar your Google account can edit. Choose the one this bot should use.

2

Sync starts immediately

The bot starts reading free/busy time from that calendar to avoid double-booking, and writes an event for every booking it takes — including ones still awaiting your review.

3

Different bots, different calendars

Each bot picks its own calendar under the same connected account, so a multi-location or multi-service setup can keep schedules separate.

Turn off or disconnect

Turning a single bot's sync off stops that bot from reading or writing to Google Calendar, but leaves the account connected for your other bots.

  • Per bot — flip the switch off on that bot’s General tab.
  • Whole account — click Disconnect on the Integrations card. This turns sync off for every bot at once and revokes Google's access.

Existing events aren't deleted

Turning off sync or disconnecting stops new events from being created, but events already written from past bookings stay on your Google Calendar until you remove them yourself there.
