- “What bookings do I have tomorrow?”
- “Close the shop from 24 to 26 December.”
- “Make the welcome message friendlier, then publish the bot.”
- “Show me this week's new enquiries.”
- “I want to take bookings on WhatsApp too.”
What it can do
Most of what Lume, the assistant built into your Meerlume dashboard, can do, and no more. Your assistant asks to read, or to read and change, and the page where you choose Allow says which.

Common questions
Rather do it in Meerlume itself? Ask Lume
- Which plans include it?
- Every plan, Free too. It does not use your Lume messages: what your assistant can do is limited by your plan, the same as in the dashboard.
- Do I need an API key?
- No. Your assistant sends you to Meerlume to sign in, you choose Allow, and that is all. There is nothing to copy or keep safe.
- Which workspace does it use?
- Your own: the workspace your bots are in.
- Will it change things without asking?
- Meerlume makes a change only when your assistant asks it to, and most assistants ask you first. A change to what a bot says stays unpublished until you publish it; opening hours, closed days and services change straight away.
- Who sees my data?
- What your assistant looks up in Meerlume is passed to it, and so to the company that runs it, under your own terms with them. Meerlume sends your assistant only what it looks up.
- How do I disconnect it?
- In Meerlume, open Settings and choose Disconnect next to it under Connected apps. It loses access straight away.
