Invite your team into a workspace

Invite your team into a workspace

Bring the people you work with into your workspace, give each a role, and switch between the workspaces you're in.

Invite your team, each with a role

Your Meerlume bots, conversations, contacts, integrations and plan now belong to a workspace, and you can invite the people you work with into it from Settings → Members in the dashboard. Everyone keeps their own login; the invitation link works for 7 days, for the address it was sent to.

Each person gets a role. A Member answers conversations in the inbox, takes them over, edits contacts and manages bookings; an Admin also looks after bots, channels, integrations and settings, and invites members and admins; an Owner also handles billing and roles, and can delete the workspace. Free seats 2 people, Starter 3, Growth 10 and Pro 25, you included, and an open invitation takes a seat until it's answered or expires.

Work with your team

Switch between workspaces, or make another

The workspace you're in now sits at the top of the Meerlume dashboard's sidebar, in place of the logo. Open it to switch to another workspace, accept an invitation or create a new one; each person's first workspace can be on Free, and another one they create needs a plan before a bot goes live in it.

Settings is split in two: your workspace's name, icon, business hours, members, billing and data, and then your own profile, security, notifications and connected apps. Old links to the dashboard, including ones in emails we've already sent, still open the right page.

Notifications, Lume and AI assistants follow the workspace

Everyone in a Meerlume workspace gets their own notifications in the dashboard bell, on Telegram or by email, for what their role covers, and chooses which events reach them in each workspace. Notices about a broken channel or bot go to owners and admins, and if you're in more than one workspace, Telegram and email notices name the one they're from.

Lume and an AI assistant connected over MCP can do only what your role allows. If you're in more than one workspace, you pick the one an assistant works in when you connect it. Lume messages are counted per person, on the plan of the workspace you own, or Free if you own none.

Set up owner notifications

Leave, hand over or delete a workspace

To hand a Meerlume workspace over, make the other person an owner, then step down. If the owner paying for the plan steps down or leaves, the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, and another owner subscribes to keep it. When someone leaves or is removed, what they set up stays with the workspace; their own Lume conversations there are deleted, and invitations they sent are withdrawn.

An owner can delete a workspace from the dashboard's Settings, with a code we email them. Everyone in it is told, its plan won't renew, and it keeps working for 14 days, during which it can be taken back.

Billing shows every plan limit

The Billing page in the Meerlume dashboard now lists every limit of your plan, from seats and your own Lume messages to webhook endpoints and how long chat files are kept. Seats include open invitations, so you can see how many more people you can invite.

A paid booking leaves your requests

On a Meerlume bot with Require review, a booking the customer has paid for is now confirmed, instead of waiting in the inbox with Accept and Deny. If a booking is declined or cancelled before the customer pays, its payment link is closed, and if money still arrives the customer is told the booking is gone.
