Support checks your account and takes your message

The Support page checks your account for problems, takes your message in one box, and shows our replies there.

The Support page checks your account first

The Support page in the Meerlume dashboard now opens with a check of your account. It lists what is known to be wrong right now: a WhatsApp number Meta switched off, a channel whose login was refused, a published bot no customer can reach, bookings switched off while a bot asks for them, a Slack, Notion or webhook destination switched off, an Instagram login that has run out or is about to, Stripe refusing your key, emails to your customers paused, or going over your plan's conversation limit.

Where you can put a problem right yourself, Fix it takes you to the page that does. The check runs again each time you open the page.

Write to us, and read our reply where you wrote

On the Support page of the Meerlume dashboard, Write to us is now a single box: its first line becomes the subject, and you can pick the bot, the topic and how urgent it is under it. Report a bug and Suggest a feature open the same box.

When we answer, you get an email with a link back to your request, and you reply there. Your recent requests and whether we have replied are listed on the page. The Privacy Policy now covers support requests, the account summary sent with them and how long they are kept.

Closures and special hours fall on the day you picked

A closure or special hours set in the Meerlume calendar now apply to exactly the day or days you chose, in your calendar's time zone. Before, special hours could replace the hours of the next or previous day too, and a closure could start the evening before and end early, leaving the evening of your chosen day open; exceptions already saved have been moved to the right day.
