What a salon booking bot does
A client messages you, picks a cut or colour, chooses a stylist, and sees the times that really fit. Each service has its own duration and optional buffers, so a colour doesn't get squeezed into a trim's slot.
The chat handles the changes that usually mean a call: clients reschedule or cancel themselves, you set how close to the time a booking can still be moved, and a cancellation inside your late window is flagged to you. Returning clients don't retype their contact details.

If the bot confirms bookings itself, an unpaid booking stays until you cancel it.
